McDillon (the name being derived by a combination of the co-founders middle names) is a blend of both partner’s beliefs and values. They have been engaged in the real estate industry for over three decades. Both partners offer a unique service to the customer in the form of experience, planning and implementation.
McDillon was founded in 1989 with limited capital and grew to the successful company it is today, with commercial assets of over ten million dollars. McDillon attributes it's results to remaining focused on customer service, providing solid returns to its investors, managing the design and construction phases of the project and then owning, operating and managing the finished product.
For over 25 years, McDillon has invested in and developed an assortment of projects ranging from the multi-million dollar Historic Restoration to the reconstruction of mixed use commercial properties in Norwalk, CT to the development of residential subdivisions in Oxford and Newtown, CT to the successful turn-around of a 30,000 square foot medical office building in South Carolina. All told McDillon has developed over three hundred projects on the east coast and currently owns and manages fifteen commercial, apartment and mixed use properties.
The ability to evaluate, construct, manage and seize real estate investment opportunities accurately and quickly, combined with access to cash and financing allows McDillon to survive and thrive despite market fluctuations.
